Spent the morning wandering around picking up last minute things (pineapples and mangoes!!), feeling a little melancholy about leaving. Ten days is just not enough time to see everything I would like, but I am happy with what I managed to pack into 10 days!
I met yet another nice guy from Denmark this morning, and ran into one of the brothers from the U.S. (Ed) moving into my hotel El Refugio this morning...it never ceases to amaze me how small the world is!
While waiting for the flight I met a very nice Canadian man, doing interesting work for the Guatemalan government. I have met so many nice people, seen so many wonderful things, eaten great food and I have a sunburn...what could be better? Well having a month of this could be better, but it'll be nice to see Don and the boys.
